Look at the LED light for some form of a manufacturers part number or brand. If you cannot see any, use Google Lens to try and identify the fixture.
Budget LED fixtures made in Asia are widely copied and distributed, so you may find your LED light identified under another brand. Try and find a user manual using the other brand identified.

If you are unable to find a User Manual or DMX Chart you can use a fader lighting desk to identify what function each DMX channel controls.

Put a sticker on the unit with the DMX address for future reference. Note the first letter as it is the Mode that the light in set to. Some common modes are:
A – full channel mode on basic LED PAR’s
d – reduced channel mode, usually just colours.

Set the fixture address to 001 if possible to make it easier to identify the channel functions.
Then you can use a 12 or 24 channel manual lighting desk to control the individual channels.
If you have a lighting desk of PC that allows you to set the start address of the 12 fader channels, do that.
